What is the maximum number of guests allowed in the Villa?
Fire regulations allow for 10 occupants in the villa. Only people named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the property. There are a total of 5 bedrooms.

How do I check into Sterling Corner?
2 weeks before your arrival we will provide you with driving instructions to Sterling Corner from the airports, the telephone number of our Management Company and access codes for the security gates and key lockbox. This releases the front door key for Sterling Corner, allowing immediate entry.

What do we need to do at check out time?
We just ask that you lock up the home and place the key back into the lock box at the home. Our Management Company will take care of the rest.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels with us?
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. However, we do ask that towels are not removed from the villa and pool, and therefore you are requested to bring your own beach towels if you intend to visit the local water parks or beaches.

What laundry facilities are there at the villa?
There is an American-sized washing machine & dryer in a separate utility room, together with an ironing board & iron.

Do I need to clean the home?
No, you are our guest, and all the homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. There is a mop, vacuum, broom, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and dust pan in the home in case of a need to do a quick touch on your stay. If you would like a mid-week or daily maid service please call our Management Company for details & tariffs.

What facilities are there in the kitchen?
There is a large stove, microwave, American fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee-maker & blender. Cookware is plentiful, in fact everything required in your home away from home!

What entertainment is provided?
There is a large cable TV in the Family area, with TV's provided in some of the bedrooms. Also located in the Family Room is a selection of board games.

Do you have internet access?
Yes, high speed wireless internet access has been installed, as many guests require the convenience of taking their own laptop computers on vacation.

Is the Pool heated?
This can be heated on request for the additional cost as indicated in the Weekly Rental Charges. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April.

Is the villa Air-Conditioned?
Yes! The Villa is fully Air Conditioned throughout and heated if required in the winter.

Is the pool overlooked?
The villa backs on to a quiet lake & conservation area. To the side there is plenty of space between our neighbours to ensure that you have a large amount of privacy.

What are the Pool safety features?
The pool is completely enclosed, and therefore can only be entered from inside the Villa or from the gate on the back. It is covered with a fine mesh screen that keeps the insects out, but in no way affects getting a good sun tan! There is also a 4 ft high child safety fence which fits along the edge of the pool and is quick and easy to install or remove. It is recommended that this fence is kept in place when young children are present at the Villa.

What about child facilities?
A Crib, High Chair, Stroller & Stairgate are Available to rent from the Management Company, for a small fee, who are located 2 minutes away at Champions Gate. If any of these are required, please let us know at the time of booking and we will help you arrange for them to be available during your stay. The pool is fitted with a 4' high safety fence for the safety of young children.

What services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and gardens are tended to weekly. Electricity & water are all included in the cost of your stay.

How can I pay?
With either a cheque drawn from a Sterling UK bank account. Alternatively by Internet Banking transfer (details on request) or by Credit Card via PayPal (4% charge will be added). Receipts will be issued for all monies received.

How far away is the Airport?
Orlando International is 30 minutes way, Sanford is 50 minutes away.

How far away are the main attractions from Sterling Corner?
Sterling Corner is conveniently located minutes from the Highway 27 and Interstate 4, so travel to all major attractions is easy. The villa is only 15 minutes away from the main entrance of Walt Disney World. Sea World is around 25 minutes away, and Universal Studios 30 minutes away. There is a great selection of shops (including a Publix supermarket), boutiques and restaurants just 2 minutes away. Designer outlets and shopping malls are within a 30 minute drive. Championsgate golf complex is 2 minutes away and there are also around 38 Golf Courses within a 30 minute drive. Busch Gardens can be reached in around 45 minutes, and the beaches of the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic coast are just 1 hour away.

Are there restaurants and shopping near the homes?

Yes, grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants are located close to all the homes. You will also have a choice of restaurants that deliver to the homes that now include the new French La Crepe!

Who do we contact for questions and those little emergencies?
We have employed a professional (24hour/7 days a week) Management Company to look after your every need. They are always there to insure you have a wonderful stay with us. This is why more and more people are choosing to stay in our vacation rental home while in Orlando. They have the privacy and luxury of a home with the service and amenities of a resort.

Are there any medical services locally?
The local Walgreens pharmacy is just 2 minutes away. Details of Doctors and the nearest Hospital are contained in the Welcome Book kept in the Villa. For those minor injuries, we have also provided a medical kit for you to use. Additionally, if you require any further help or advice, then please do not hesitate to contact our Management Company, who will be pleased to assist you.

What about making telephone calls?
ALL Local calls are FREE during your stay. Guests can and should purchase a phonecard for International & long distance calls at Walmart or local supermarkets. This will help to keep your bills low.

Do I get to stay in the exact same home which is in the photos?
Yes, the home you see on the website, Sterling Corner, is the specific home you will stay in. We feel this is best way to ensure your complete satisfaction with the home.

What is the smoking policy at Sterling Corner?
Well, our entire home is non-smoking. Guests are permitted to smoke on the patio area outside by the pool.

Are pets allowed in the Villa?
There are no pets allowed.
