Sterling Corner

	Front of house This photo speaks for itself. It is the front of the house leading up to the front door. On the left you can see the double garage door which house’s the games room which is accessible from inside the house.

	Formal living room This is the most relaxing part of the house from my point of view. In the evenings it is nice to sit with a book and cuddle up on the couch with a nice glass of hot chocolate. See you there!

	The Family room Exactly what it says on the tin! That’s right, what we have here is the main room in the house. The hub if you like. To the right is the swimming pool (outside). Behind the camera is the kitchen. The first left is the Utility room which goes through to the garage/games room, and second left is bedroom 2 and 3 with a bathroom in between.

	Kitchen This is nice and open so you needn’t feel secluded from the rest of your family and friends whilst either preparing a meal or clearing up after one! There is a gas cooker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, peculator, dishwasher, etc. All the modern amenities you would expect to find in a modern home of today.

	Pool What more can I say? Just look at the picture… close your eyes… and let your imagination take you away. With a south facing pool you will have the sun on your back for most of the day without a care in the world. The picture speaks for itself.

	Master Bedroom Spacious Master bedroom with its own balcony looking down on the pool area and adjoining private Master En-Suite bedroom. There plenty of cupboards to make all your shopping easier to store! The views from the balcony include the conservation area behind the house, the swimming pool, and the unrivalled sunsets on those nice warm evenings that are just second to none.

	Master enSuite This is the Master En-Suite bathroom which has a toilet, large stand up shower, bath tub, twin sinks, and 2 large spacious corner wardrobes.

	Formal dining area This is for those quite moments (if ever there are any in Disney) when the kids are in bed and the adults just want a nice relaxing quiet dinner. Enough said.
